While the Intensive English Language Institute (IELI) program is phasing out by Spring 2026, current students will be supported. English proficiency can be demonstrated through various tests like TOEFL or IELTS. Campus & Location
USU's main campus spans 600 acres in Logan, Utah, a city often recognized as a top college town. Logan offers a vibrant community with a bustling arts and culture scene, numerous festivals, and concerts. The campus is nestled at the mouth of Logan Canyon, providing immediate access to extensive outdoor recreation opportunities like hiking, camping, skiing, and rock climbing. Transportation around campus and Cache Valley is convenient and free, with the Aggie Shuttle and the Connect bus system. Additionally, Aggie Blue Bikes offers free bike rentals to students.
