NSU offers over 150 undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degree programs, with a strong focus on professional degrees in fields such as social sciences, law, business, osteopathic medicine, allopathic medicine, health sciences, pharmacy, dentistry, optometry, physical therapy, education, occupational therapy, and nursing. Popular majors include Health Professions, Business, Management, Marketing, and Biological and Biomedical Sciences. NSU is also one of only three U.S. universities to offer both M.D. and D.O. medical programs.
International Students

Campus & Location
NSU's main campus is a 314-acre site in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, located approximately 10 miles inland from the Atlantic Ocean. The campus features state-of-the-art facilities, including the Alvin Sherman Library, one of the largest libraries in Florida, and the Don Taft University Center for sports and recreation. Fort Lauderdale offers a vibrant city life with year-round warm weather, diverse ecosystems, and numerous attractions such as beaches, restaurants, festivals, and shopping. The university provides a free shuttle service, the NSU Shark Shuttle, for transportation around campus and to various locations in Fort Lauderdale, including downtown and local stores.
