Academics
Capital University offers over 60 majors and 50 minors across its five colleges: the School of Natural Sciences, Nursing, and Health; the School of Management and Leadership; the School of Social Sciences and Education; the Conservatory of Music and School of Communication; and the School of Humanities. The teaching approach encourages experiential learning, with opportunities for internships, undergraduate research, and study abroad programs. Notable programs for international students include Business, Computer Science, Nursing, and the Conservatory of Music. The university also offers a unique Computer Science and Engineering dual degree program, allowing students to study at Capital for three years and then transfer to Case Western Reserve University or Washington University in St. Louis for an engineering degree, earning two bachelor's degrees.
