Luxembourg School of Business

The Luxembourg School of Business (LSB) is Luxembourg's first graduate business school, established in 2014 and accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research. LSB offers a multicultural learning environment for aspiring business leaders from Luxembourg, Europe, and worldwide. The school emphasizes contemporary teaching and research methods, fostering cultural and intellectual diversity.

Academics

LSB offers a range of accredited programs including a Bachelor in International Business, a Master in Management, a Master in International Finance, and both full-time and Weekend MBAs. The teaching approach focuses on practical learning, international exposure, and real-world experience through internships and company projects. Professors include academics from top global business schools and executives with international experience, providing both theoretical knowledge and professional skills. Class sizes are intentionally kept small, typically between 20 to 40 students, to facilitate an individualized learning experience and practical application of coursework.

International Students

LSB provides an inspiring and multicultural learning environment, with a student body representing diverse backgrounds and nationalities. All programs are taught entirely in English. The International Office assists students with international mobility, including exchange programs with partner universities, which do not incur additional tuition fees. Luxembourg City itself is known for its cosmopolitan environment, with nearly half of its population being foreign, offering a welcoming atmosphere for international students.

Campus & Location

The Luxembourg School of Business campus is located in Luxembourg City, in the Cloche d'Or district (Gasperich), easily accessible by public transport. The new campus is situated at the historic Château de Septfontaines and the former porcelain manufactory Faïencerie Villeroy & Boch, close to the city center. Luxembourg City, as a global financial and business hub, offers a vibrant city life with numerous cafes, bars, and cultural attractions. The country also provides free public transportation for all residents, including students.

Career Outcomes

LSB boasts a strong placement record, with approximately 85% of students securing employment within six months of graduation. The programs emphasize employability, incorporating mandatory paid internships and career workshops. Graduates often find opportunities at major companies, including the Big Four accounting firms (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG), large banks like JP Morgan and BNP Paribas, and global corporations such as Amazon. Non-EU students are eligible to apply for a post-study work permit in Luxembourg, further enhancing career prospects.
